When somebody comes to visit you at work....

At work we sometimes have visitors, customers or perhaps some suppliers or inspectors and when they're from a different country we very often have to deal with them in English.

Take a look at these pictures and think about the vocabulary involved in these situations;-

Let's think about the type of conversation you would have with a visitor. Try to match the beginnings of the sentences with their other halves:-
